Tim is the founder and director of the company Tech19. Tim had a concept where he wanted to specifically create and design a business based around customers current and future needs.
Together with Tim’s vast amount of knowledge and exceptional skills for business and IT structures, he will propose the best possible plan for his customers to aid in their future finances.
Tim has been working within the industry for approximately 20 years. “You meet a lot of people over 20 years, and it is great that I have met so many wonderful people over the journey! It’s nice knowing that I can call on my network to assist when required.”
For approximately 13 years, Tim specialised in business software solutions for Accounting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Retail Point of Sale (POS).
Tim worked predominantly as an IT Consultant, and his main focus within the company was managing technical support for the POS component of the business. He was responsible for training, installing, configuring and networking computer systems and a wide range of software for national and international retail clients.
Tim has also had considerable exposure to software development. He worked closely with developers and carried out extensive testing and diagnosing for faults and technical bugs within the customised software.
Tim gained much knowledge during this time and attributes his success today from working with many varied business professionals in a cutting edge IT/Retail environment.
In addition to Tim’s detailed knowledge of IT systems and security, he also has a strong eye for detail and is skilled in all aspects of website design and building. Tim will endeavour to have your site ranking towards the top of Google in the shortest possible time required.
